Paying via bank account

I am trying to pay via my bank account, which is set up as my preferred way to pay (+ pay after delivery), but it's only giving the option to pay by card so won't let me do the pay after delivery service. Any idea how I can change this, all methods are activated and confirmed

Depending on the the merchant or seller - some will only accept credit cards.

PAD is offered by paypal and not the merchants and you can only use it when they offer it.

But if you can't use your bank account at all then..............

 

have you had a recent dispute?

have you had a recent negative balance?

have you had a recent failed bank transfer?

is it a virtual or digital transaction?

None of the above, no problems with PayPal. I am trying to use it on a site I often shop on using PAD so I know pp offer it there

It's companies I've used in the past few weeks so I know it does accept the pay after delivery service , it just won't switch back to via bank at the checkout so I can use the feature

As i said it has nothing to do with the company, paypal offer it as and when.

They may offer it when you buy on 1 company one day and not the next, its to do with paypals cash flow as to when its offered and nothing to do with the seller you buy from.

Hi,

I have the same problem, called today and was ok for 10 minutes and then bank account option dissipated again. UK
