In general, you cannot choose what amount to pay with a specific funding source when you make payments. If you have an available balance and you want to use it, you can select 'Use the balance' when choosing the funding source during checkout and if the balance is not enough to cover the full payment, you will have the option to choose a secondary payment method to complete the purchase.
