How does the process work when sending money for goods to somebody? Do they have to have a description and picture of the item they have for sale? How does PayPal know what item you are buying specifically so that it can be covered under PayPal purchase protection?

Always best to get the seller to send a money request or invoice FULLY describing the item you are paying for.
