If you have a friend do a home project for you, can you PP them from a regular credit card you have on your account or only a bank card ? Will it be the same as if I used the charge card at a store?

Yes, you can with a goods and services payment via Send & Request. Select "Paying for item or service" under the Amount field in the payment process.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

I was wondering the fee but I did a trial and I see it will be a fee of 16 on a 600 dollar transaction- will the person receiving my PayPal from my credit card get a fee as well?

Hi Ourada15,
Welcome to the PayPal community and thank you for your post.
No, the person receiving the payment will not have to pay a fee.
