Hi if I pay for overseas trip with PayPal 12 months in advance as per company’s requirements and company goes insolvent before 12 months and I cannot do the trip will paypal refund my $12,000 aus thanks

Paypal buyer protection only extends to 180 days so you need to.............
Read up on Paypals buyer protection policy and then you can risk assess your own transactions.
