Paying for an item won on eBay

Hi guys I won an item on eBay but when I tried to pay for it I had a message saying we can't process your payment even though I have sufficient funds in my bank account I've now had to cancel my order even though I've been in touch with eBay and they say there's nothing wrong with my account please advise

A bit of info would help.

have you used ebay before?

have you used paypal before with ebay?

are you new to buying online with paypal?

have you checked with the seller to see if you were blocked for whatever reason?

was it an international sale?

have you linked your ebay and paypal accounts?

do you have a back up card linked to your paypal account as well?

Hi thanks for reply yes I'm an experienced eBayer this hasn't happened before I have sufficient funds in my PayPal account and my bank account
