Hello, I would like to make a purchase from ebay and pay through Paypal - but I don't know how much funds I have in my card. I read in other forums, that the purchase can be complete, but it charges fees. Can someone explain to me what happens if I buy something over my balance.

If you pay from an item and don't have enough in your paypal account balance then paypal will either take the remainder or all from your linked bank account or card (dependent on what you have added and verfied).
But if you don't have anything in your paypal balance then all of it must come from the x1 specified bank account or card you choose to select the payment to be deducted from.
