I just won my first auction on ebay, I'm trying ti do the Payment with a debit card thru PayPal but Is not letting me. I dont receive an error message it just ask me for the card info over and over.

It is asking for back up payment method. Add another card but the payment will go on the debit if there is enough funds in it.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
