How do I pay a bill for another, I can bring up the acct in paypal so I know I can pay them, but I do not want my info as an address as there are no goods and I do not necessarily want my address listed, I would like to protect my email as well but understand that they may need that as its a link to the acct, and I need to identify who I am paying this for by their email, will there be a space to add a note?
Can this be done?

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
