Paying With PayPal Problem

Well when I pay with paypal for some product for example on ebay,wish etc (While I have money on my PayPal account) and after checkout it takes money from my credit card not from my account,how do I fix that ?

During checkout did you select the payment method you want to use? Next to the payment method, there should be a “Change” link.

Well I did...I can see payment on PayPal Dashboard but money is taken from card not PayPal Balance...I have this problem for a long long time,but I didn't pay that much attention till now 🙂

I guess you mean this ? But I can't change much there both of them are checked
