Payapal sent my payment to the wrong person

I sent money to a friend by typing his name in the omnibox on the PayPal home page. His name and email came up so I clicked on it and a phone number showed up. The number showing was his phone number so I completed the payment. Then the receipt came showing payment to a completely different person with a different name and email. This was an account matching mistake made by PayPal. The payment is completed and PayPal will not respond to my requests. I did not make an error. PayPal sent the money to the wrong person. How do I contact someone to get this resolved? I have tried the dispute an resolution center and they say it has been escalated, but there has been no contact.
