PayPal won't let me change the currency conversion to the card issuer instead of PayPal.

I've tried to change the settings in my account and on money requests, but my preference won't stick.

I am looking for that setting too, I am sure I set it to not convert in the past with a much different interface. The only thing I could find was for automatic (reoccurring) payments. It was set to have PayPal do the conversion despite my previous setting. My default card is one I never want currency conversions on. I wish to set it so it is always charge in the transactions original currency.
