I was at PayPal, went to the shop section to buy myself a gift card but once I went to check out. It’s asking me to add a credit card. Back then they never asked me that and I purchase it with no problem. Now they do and won’t let me continue till I add one. Don’t own a credit card, Ive earn some money through art commissions. Again this never happened before till now, I was wondering if theirs another method that they don’t ask a credit card or bank?
