PayPal says refunded but it’s not in my bank account

I recently got refunded 407$ and on the PayPal app it says it was refunded but it’s not in my bank or savings. It said it was refunded to my debit card but isn’t in my bank balance.

I'm sorry to know that you haven't received the refund yet. Please note that usually, it may take up to 5 business days for the refund amount to appear on your bank account that you used for making the payment. However, if you might have used a card for the payment initially, it might take up to 30 days for the funds to reflect in your card statement. Please click here to know more about refund timeframes.
