So i have made two payments now and when I went online I realised that neither payment has paid any of my promotional offer at all.
Looked on here and seen the answers that you can ring up and allocate excess payment above the minimum balance to go towards the promotional offer. My offer finishes on 12th March, so I would like to chip away at this before i start paying interest on it.
When i eventually spoke with a human being, I was categorically told this was not possible, despite many people on the community saying it was. When i asked Colin, the agent, if he was refusing my ability to make a payment to my promotional offer, he said he wasn't so when I asked again to have the excess payment allocated to that, he said he couldn't???
So somebody is lying somewhere?
