My last three payments on PayPal have been sent on pending mode, and the only option I have is to archive them.
paypal customer service is just a joke, they kept me 1/2 hour on hold, then I briefly spoke to someone who said she was going to direct me to the right department, and then I was told by an automated voice they couldn’t help and please to go online!
the messaging service doesn’t work.. why is going on?..
