Why my confirmed bank account is not considered a payment option by PayPal?

From your profile, I can see you are located in Canada. The bank account is considered a funding option on PayPal, what error message do you receive when trying to make a payment and choose your bank account as the funding source?

The bank account does not appear at all ....only my credit card that appears ....as if I have only one payment option

I mean it does not appear when the seller website direct me to my PayPal account to choose the payment option

This would be due to the seller's preferences. A seller can decide on their PayPal account the funding sources they will accept payments from. Most sellers will choose the option of a card only. Unfortunately, we cannot change this.
