Hi, I just made a purchase on Etsy using paypal credit and I got an email saying that my transaction is subject to review and it could take up to 72 hours for that to happen. Has this ever happened to anyone else?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
