PayPal payment declined but money taken

Placed Coles online order, only to find prior to pick up that they had cancelled the order as the payment had declined. Issue is, the money was taken from my account and after two days still remains gone. This transaction is not showing in my activity so I cannot dispute it through resolution centre. I do have a transaction number in my emails though. Will this automatically fix itself? I don't know what to do Thank you

Yes, it will automatically fix itself. The money taken was not ‘taken’ but put on hold as pending in your bank or card account. The hold will expire and drop off since the order was canceled. Of the hold lasts longer than 30 days, call your bank or card to void the hold.
