I have been trying to send money to someone as friends and family, but everytime I try this, PayPal will say ‘We're sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment right now. Please try again later.’
However, if I wait a few days, the payment normally goes through, which is strange. I need to send the money ASAP, but PayPal won’t let me for no reason.
