I haven't used the account in a month or so and when I tried to make a purchase a week ago the system seemed to lock up when it tried to go back to Ebay to finish the purchase. Is anyone having this problem? And how in Hell do we get a live person in customer service?
When calling Customer Support you will have to go through the automated system. I agree this can be frustrating however if you follow the prompts you should be directed to a representative.
