PayPal issued Refund but not posted to my Bank Acct. - no help from PayPal
Best Buy issued me a refund and PayPal says it should have been posted to my bank last week, Apr. 17. Spoke to my bank, and they haven't received it nor have do they have a pending credit. No one to talk to on PayPal. This is ridiculous. I posted a message, says Agent will respond within 1 hour. It's been 3 hours. This is causing insufficient fees from my Bank. I will not be using PayPal again! If they can't a live agent or someone on the ball within their message center, then I won't be doing business with them! Transaction Id is 266934669R712241J
