I've been using PayPal to pay using my bank account for about a year now and ever since last weekend, PayPal refuses to use my bank account in any way. It won't charge it for payments and it doesn't show up as an option to add money to PayPal although it still shows up in my wallet as it always did. I have no idea what happened, but it is incredibly inconvenient.

I bought a train ticket which usually makes PayPal bill my bank account, but this time it pushed my PayPal balance into negative. When I checked on it and tried to manually bring my balance back to zero, my bank account didn't show up as payment method despite there being sufficient funds on said account and said account also showing up in my wallet. There was no failed transfer.
