Hope you can help me a.s.a.p. so I can go on with my orders.
I Orders a lot on Ebay, with my PHONE or LAPTOP.
So please can you release the lock, so I can go on with my orders.
I just call the bank on my Island, they told me everything is correct with my Credit Card, they told me take contact with PayPal.
When I Try to buy things on Ebay I got this message:
PayPal is unable to Process your Payment at this time. You can try changing the payment method inside of your PayPal account or select a different payment method.
