- Money has been pending for over 3 weeks now. - I can't send money to buy groceries but i can send a dollar but i have to wait a week first. - pending money says sent on my computer but says pending on my phone. - tells me to link a bank account when i try to send money but my bank account has been linked for a while. - I go to make a purchase online threw paypal and it doesn't let me do it cause it PayPal doesnt use the bank I've been using it with all the sudden apparantly. PayPal is real useless, all I can ask is why.
