PayPal is not responding

PayPal said it would take up to 24 hours to receive my payment and it’s past that I can’t get ahold of any live rep wat do I do

Can you confirm the funds are SHOWING in your paypal account balance and SHOWING in your transaction history?

If pending or on hold they should still show, post back so we can give more advice.
