PayPal is making me very angry and they do NOTHING to fix the problem

It's been 6 months NOW! My accept payments from other countries keeps turning to NO! I have to manually check every other day to switch it back to YES accept payments from other countries. I have had enough of this! 3 Customers service reps and NOTHING is done! Anyone else dealing with their glitchiness?
