I see many people have had refunds that never went into their accounts. I have the same issue. Except PayPal reversed the refunds and charged me for it because the refunds they say they administered never came to me. So when I make purchases, they automatically take money from my bank account and pay the balance that they created. This is fraud, and PayPal has no way for us to contact them to dispute this. I have contacted consumer affairs over this, and after seeing how many other people that this is happening to. I suggest that we all contact our congressman and report PayPal so we can hav PayPal CEO in a congressional hearing answering questions about why they are committing fraud in the middle of a pandemic when people are struggling enough already. Why the heck do they think they ARE JUST TAKING OUR MONEY LIKE IT BELONGS TO THEM?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
