PayPal is asking me to put in a card or bank account when my card is already added.

Hello. Yesterday, I received a notification where PayPal is asking me to add a card or bank account when my debit card has already been added. Any way to fix this?

I'm sorry to hear that you're being prompted for a payment method when there is one in your Wallet. It sounds like the card that is on the account has been declined for the transaction you're trying to make. If that continues to happen after trying the transaction at a later date, please feel free to reach out to customer service to take a look at the payment attempt and provide insight into what's happening.
