PayPal invoices

Are invoices recieved automatically goods/services? I want to purchase item from overseas and they have sent invoice! It doesn't state friends or goods services I'm aye protected?

Invoices and money requests are goods/services.

However protection is not a 100% coverall so go read up on it in paypals user agreement so you can risk assess your purchases.
