I traded in a different hone with Verizon in the beginning of the month as a guest to my PayPal account. I called Verizon and they said the money has already been distributed to my account and PayPal has it. Look I got at my PayPal account I see no additional money or transaction. I’ve tried to call or email and it is so hard to get into contact with a PayPal rep. I don’t know what to do. Can someone point me in the right direction?
