PayPal have stolen £30 from me!!

Please help! PayPal have stolen £30 from me! Last month I sent £30 to my friend however it went to pending straight away so I just cancelled the transaction then got a message saying t the money will be refunded within 7 days it’s been a MONTH and I still don’t have the £30 I’ve tried calling no answer I’ve done this before and no reply I sent an email no reply. Someone please help or I’m suing.

How did you fund the transaction via your paypal account, which funding source?

Yes via this PayPal account on the app I clicked send money out his email address in and sent £30 as personal.

Ok... You are supposed to be professional about it and not be so rude. I funded using my bank account through PayPal.
