PayPal goods and services

I want to send money via PayPal goods and services. I sent the money yesterday, to China. 24 hours later my money was refunded to me and had never arrived in China. I want to resend the money but now there’s no option for PayPal goods and services. If I send it using just the send to a friend option will I still have the protection that PayPal goods and services offered?

Thank you for your Post. I can understand that you are trying to make the goods/service payment but you are not getting an option. In this case, we recommend you clear the caches/cookies and try to make the payment after few hours or you can also try to contact the seller and have a check on this. We would like to inform you that if you try to make the purchase using friends/family, your purchase will not covers under buyers protection.
