PayPal express checkout pay without account for REST API is not working

In My Site I have used Paypal REST API and using express checkout

If I try to make payment via paypal account then it works perfectly fine. 

But when I try to make payment using Debit/Credit Card it is not working.

I have also enabled Paypal optional to on in my selling tools.

Please help. Customers are not able to pay using credit/debit cards .

Is there any other way so that both payment works paypal and credit/debit cards also.

Need you to elaborate on "it's not working"...

Is it related to the fact that the card option is not showing in the checkout? Or do you get an error paying with card?
