PayPal eCheck take so long

So it's my first time seeing eCheck payment method from my boss.  It was mentioned in the email that it might get 3-5 days before it gets cleared. So I waited since September 6. It is September 12 now and the money is still pending. I've emailed the Paypal twice and they never answer me. What am I going to do?

The times given are estimates and could take longer. Give it a few more days. PayPal will notify you when payment has cleared or not. eChecks are super slow, its like surface mail compared to air mail.
