PayPal does not allow withdrawals to Egypt unless the account has the "Auto Sweep"

i just want to withindraw my funds from freelancer.com and it says thi massege : PayPal does not allow withdrawals to Egypt unless the account has the "Auto Sweep" feature turned on. Please ensure the "Auto Sweep" feature is enabled in your PayPal account.   

i cant find this option in the hole account !! can any one help ?

i Cant find the auto sweep option in the main page and even on the criedt card page !  How can i cahnge it then !?
