Hi @Mejoare When I login I do not have any option to live chat with customer service. I havent had a reply to an email or message sent in the Paypal message centre for 3mths.

THIS IS A JOKE! What if you're a person who works! I can't call, can't email to get my issue resolved. I can only "Chat" from 8am-5pm. Thats a joke worst customer service ever! I have been trying to resolve an issue for weeks.

Hello, my account got suspended i think 5 or 6 months ago and you guys said that the balance i have in my paypal account it will be release after 180 days. i got a mail yesterday that my funds are now ready for withdrawal so what is the next step? Do i have to do something from my side or you will withdraw it automatically? if yes then when and which date i will get my money in my bank account?

@Mejoare I tried to contact through chat message for days now and same message. Is there a way to contact through email? If you have may I know the email address? What I need help is to change the account type from business to personal, Thanks

There is no automatic way to downgrade a business account to a personal account, you have to contact customer services and they will do that for you.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

OR
You could just close your business account (removing all subscriptions / financial info etc first) and open a personal one.
Advice is voluntary.
