PayPal customer contact email

Can somebody please tell me the email address for customers to contact PayPal direct ?

If you would need to speak to Paypal you may contact one of our representatives through live chat by logging to your Paypal account and go to Message Center then you would see an option to chat with a representative. 

We apologize as our customer service through phone is not available as of the moment.

Hi @Mejoare  When I login I do not have any option to live chat with customer service. I havent had a reply to an email or message sent in the Paypal message centre for 3mths.

THIS IS A JOKE! What if you're a person who works! I can't call, can't email to get my issue resolved. I can only "Chat" from 8am-5pm. Thats a joke worst customer service ever! I have been trying to resolve an issue for weeks.

Hello, my account got suspended i think 5 or 6 months ago and you guys said that the balance i have in my paypal account it will be release after 180 days. i got a mail yesterday that my funds are now ready for withdrawal so what is the next step? Do i have to do something from my side or you will withdraw it automatically? if yes then when and which date i will get my money in my bank account?

@Mejoare  I tried to contact through chat message for days now and same message. Is there a way to contact through email? If you have may I know the email address? What I need help is to change the account type from business to personal, Thanks

There is no automatic way to downgrade a business account to a personal account, you have to contact customer services and they will do that for you.

Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

OR
You could just close your business account (removing all subscriptions / financial info etc first) and open a personal one.
