A few days ago I tried to make a purchase using PayPal credit, but there was an error on the website and the purchase didn't go through, but although there was no charge, the amount of the purchase was subtracted from my available balance. It seems the amount was pre-authorized but then never released. How long is it going to be before I get my available balance back?
