I opened a paypal account just so one seller could refund my postage they refunded £2.94 and ebay takes 39p leaving me just £2.55 left when it was the seller refunded it to me why ?? This happened again with another return the same amount of money so I think paypal robbed me the 1st time this does not make sense . ??

As the 2nd time no charge this does not make no sense have paypal robbed me the 1st time that is surely robbing off the seller as well when I did not receive the full amount but why 1 time and no charge the 2nd time it's hardly worth me having a paypal account as there is zero customer service not worth the hassle why paypal just take from it without no explanation
