Both yesterday and today vendors that link to PayPal all the time, using the same card, now are saying there's an issue. It makes me log in to link to PayPal, and then when I get to PayPal, it asks me to link a card to my wallet - but the card is already there! It always has been. I know others have had this same problem because I've seen some other forum questions on it - has anyone been in touch with PayPal to find out what's happening and if they are fixing it? Or has anyone found a work-around?
