When I send money to somebody using my credit card, Does PayPal bill my bank. If yes, Can somebody advise how long does Paypal take to bill my bank. My activities says "money sent" but my bank has withheld some cash in my Credit Card Account saying that they will only settle it once PayPal had billed them. This was my last 3 transaction. The same amount is being deducted from my CC account and withheld. Please advise.
