Why is there a one cent charge to my PayPal balance every week? I know its not a big amount but my balance was $95.00 then it changed to $94.99 now its $94.98. Just wonder if this is going to continue?

The one cent charge you're seeing is an authorization check that will be refunded to your account. Spotify does it and other online major merchants to verify the card.
