Received a refund that is not showing in my PayPal account balance. In the transaction details it shows my PayPal balance is $$$. I paid directly from bank account, not a credit/debit card, so the funds should have gone to PayPal balance. I have no other PayPal transactions that would have used the balance. So where is my money?
