If you want the option of letting senders pay you without a PayPal account, you'll need to upgrade to Business account as some Seller settings such as PayPal Account Optional is only available with Business accounts.
To upgrade to Business Account, go to Account Settings in the Account options section (bottom left). Fill in all the business information located in the Account settings after you upgrade and complete all the steps of the Business Set Up. You can operate the business account as an individual if you are not a company.
