I have recently updated my account details for money to be taken from new account but it is still withdrawing funds from my old account.

Have you made that account primary?

Yes I made it preferred

I presume you mean bank account and if so have you confirmed it with the 4 digit code, also have you done this....

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > second down click on update next to your prefered way to pay and put a dot in one of the options listed.

Yes I did that but as yet it's not working
