PayPal Transfers automation

I'd like to set up an automated system that would send me an email with a payment link to pay one of my contractors via a paypal transfer. My paypal account this theirs, so there wouldn't be any transfer fees.

Is there a way to set up a special link that would take me right to the authorization page on paypal?

Something like this:

https://www.PayPal.com/send-money/?amount=1&email=their_email

When I click the link, all the info is entered, and I just click OK to transfer to them.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!

In general, the only option to automatically pay a merchant would be if you sent up a billing agreement with them. this option, though, would have to be available on the seller's platform and would have to be initiated directly from the seller's platform. We do not have the option to create a special link that would take you directly to the authorisation page on PayPal and pay via a PayPal transfer.
