Had transaction from Apple of $23.98 Called Apple and had them refund the money. PayPal is so stupid the refused to deposit my refund. And you CAN NOT talk to someone or e-mail someone directly. They don’t have employees —it’s all run by computers. Delete as soon as possible. PayPal plays with your money — check the reviews. No Dice. Delete ASAP

If you had a refund it wouldn't necessarily go back to your paypal balance, it goes back to your bank account or card, allow 30 days.
