Hi there I’m hoping someone can help me! Someone hacked my account and made a purchase and PayPal sent me an email to say they are refunding me and it will be added to my PayPal balance. In my activity it says that the transaction is complete that the money was returned to my account by PayPal but my account balance is still €0.00. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks
Once marked refunded/completed any refund will automatically go back to the bank account or card it was funded from. Normally it can take a few days up to a week to go back to a bank account and a bit longer for a card, Paypal say allow 30 days for a card (1 billing cycle) but its rarely that long.
