I am new to the PayPal community. I've recently made two purchases of $5 USD each on Steam, however, I only have $3.39 AUD in my bank account (lol) and $0 balance in my PayPal account, and I was still able to make bother purchases without losing any money (at least I think so because I can now see $10 in my Steam wallet). Is this right and is a glitch, or am I just not see my funds correctly?
